Financial Statement Report Writer

• The ability to build and view Financial Statements on line.
  • Easy to use screens
  • View account balances for each line

  • Define reports for account groups to allow on line inquiry and research

Picking Labels

TCS can print an enhanced picking label that will highlight key information such as Picking Slot, EACH designation, and Route and Stop. The system can also direct labels to different printers depending on the warehouse location.

 

Bids / Order Guides / Customer Usage to Excel, Email, or FTP

TCS can export this data to Excel, Email, or FTP. A scheduler allows the user to set each process to run daily, weekly, or monthly.

 

A/R ACH Processing

• Allow the user to run an aging report showing detail of invoices to be paid and the cash discount amount if any, before creating an ACH batch.
  • The original Retalix process requires creating a batch in order to see what will be paid.
  • The original Retalix process does not show detail of adjustments or credits.
• Automatically assign a check number to ACH payments. This enables the A/R Statement Inquiry function (F6=CST/CK#) to view what invoices were paid together on what day.
  • The original Retalix process does not assign a check number to ACH payments.
• Automatically Email ACH Payment Notifications showing full invoice detail from the iSeries.

Sales Tax Reporting

• The report allows skipping the sort by location. If a city (or customer) is serviced out of more than one location, the report will show a consolidated amount for that city or county tax authority.
• The report allows selection by state. Since there can be multiple tax codes for a single state, the user is allowed to select multiple tax codes representing the single state.
• An additional report is printed showing any tax code changes that have occurred during the month.
• TCS has designed a method for grouping tax codes for the purpose of getting complete and accurate totals by city and county.
